Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FPLRogue mobile application (the “App”), our website at fplrogue.com (the “Site”) and related services (together, the “Service”), provided by FPLRogue (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to use the Fantasy Premier League game and the App Store in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. What FPLRogue is

FPLRogue is an independent analytics tool for Fantasy Premier League managers. It provides projected points, an AI transfer planner, Monte Carlo simulations, captaincy and value insights, and related statistics. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, the Football Association, or the official Fantasy Premier League game. All club names, player names and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Our outputs are estimates and opinions, not guarantees. Projections and simulations are based on models and data that can be incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee any particular Fantasy Premier League rank, points total or outcome, and the Service is not betting, gambling or financial advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make in your Fantasy Premier League team.

3. Linking your FPL team

You may connect your team by providing your public FPL Team ID. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any information you submit. We access only information that is publicly available through the official FPL service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, billing and trials

  • Tiers. The Service offers a Free tier (with ads), an Ad-Free subscription, and a Pro subscription that unlocks AI tools, simulations and advanced features. Current prices are shown in the App.
  • Billing. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Free trial. Pro may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
  • Founder pricing. Before launch, we may offer waitlist or early-access users a founder Pro annual price of £9.99/year. The standard annual Pro price is expected to be £14.99/year. Founder pricing is available only to eligible waitlist users who subscribe to Pro by 30 September 2026.
  • Price lock condition. If you redeem founder pricing by 30 September 2026, we intend to keep that £9.99/year price available for life while your Pro subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel, let billing lapse, fail to renew, switch away from the eligible subscription product, or do not redeem by 30 September 2026, standard pricing may apply.
  • Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s refund policy. We generally cannot issue refunds directly.
  • Price changes. We may change prices; changes apply to future billing periods and, where required, with notice and your consent. This does not affect any active founder pricing entitlement that we have expressly confirmed to you, subject to the price lock condition above.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any third party’s rights;
  • copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our permission;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
  • circumvent paywalls, usage limits, security or access controls.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, design, branding and content (excluding third-party data and marks), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8. Third-party services and advertising

The Service relies on third parties, including Apple, Google (Firebase and AdMob) and RevenueCat, and on data from the official FPL service. The free tier displays advertising. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content or services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that projections will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or Fantasy Premier League standing arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £20.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the country in which you live.
