Delete your account

This page provides the web deletion path for the FPL Rogue mobile app by FPLRogue.

Delete in the App

The quickest method is to sign in and open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Review the warning and confirm deletion. Your account becomes inaccessible when the request succeeds.

Request deletion without the App

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the App, email us from the address registered to your account. Include the words “account deletion” and the account email address. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on the request so another person cannot delete your account.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

You may ask us to delete selected data while keeping your FPL Rogue account active. Email us from the address registered to your account, use the subject “FPL Rogue data deletion request”, and state which data you want removed. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on the request.

You can request deletion of support or feedback submissions, saved drafts and planning data, your watchlist, notification preferences and registered notification devices, or the link to your FPL team. You can also remove watchlist entries and saved drafts directly in the App.

Email a data-deletion request to support@fplrogue.com. Unless you ask us to delete the entire account, we keep the account profile, sign-in details and subscription entitlement records needed to continue providing the Service.

Data covered by deletion

Deletion removes or anonymises your FPL Rogue profile and associated app data, including your linked FPL team, saved planning data, watchlist, notification preferences and registered notification devices. It does not cancel an App Store, Google Play or Stripe subscription; cancel that separately through the store or billing portal used to purchase it. To prevent an orphaned recurring payment, an active Stripe web billing period must end before the linked FPLRogue account can be deleted.

Limited retention

We may retain only the minimum records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or transaction-compliance purposes. We action verified deletion requests within 30 days unless applicable law permits more time, and residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups expire. Retained records are not used to recreate deleted data or for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for more information, or contact us if you have questions about a deletion request.
